Born and raised in Carolina Beach, Tori brings true local knowledge and deep community roots to every real estate experience. A proud island local, she attended Carolina Beach Elementary and grew up immersed in the coastal lifestyle that makes this area so special.

Long before becoming a Realtor with WIN Realty, Tori was a familiar face in the community, known by many as a trusted babysitter, pet sitter, and dog walker for families throughout Carolina Beach and nearby Kure Beach. Those early connections built lasting relationships and a reputation for reliability, care, and attention to detail, qualities she now brings to her real estate clients every day.

Tori is also the daughter of the former owners of the beloved Tumble Gym, a staple in the Carolina Beach community for years. Growing up in that environment, she developed a strong work ethic, discipline, and a passion for helping others succeed. As a former gymnast, she understands commitment, perseverance, and how to navigate challenges, skills that translate seamlessly into guiding buyers and sellers through today’s competitive real estate market.
